One Year & a Race for the Cure

The Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure was this past weekend and the Lee's were there to help support a worthy cause. I have never seen so many people in one place before - it was incredible. We were part of the Baby Boot Camp Team (more pictures at babyfeetfoto.com - the guy is a husband of a fellow baby boot camper - click on 'race for the cure images' on the side bar). What a fun way to celebrate Addison's first birthday!
We had a family party the day before the race, and on her actual birthday (9-25) took these pics (she was tired - so she's not so smiley).

Addison wanted dad to wear the tigger Christmas hat. :) As we were taking pictures, we set the camera up on the tripod, and Addison would actually go to it and touch it all over, like she was adjusting things. Then she would look at the screen, and go sit on either my or LeRoy's lap. It was just like she was a little photographer, getting everything just right for the perfect shot. We wish we'd had the video camera going - it lasted for about half an hour.
I celebrated by fixing a smoothie for breakfast (Addison LOVES them), having goldfish as a snack (another fav) and chicken with sweet potato fries for dinner (yet another favorite).
Addison is now 20 lbs 2 oz. She can run, push a cart, roll a car on the floor, 'throw' a ball and ride on her rocking duck. Current likes include eating, having a book read to her, tunnels, and her baby doll.
